OMG that is so not true. Marvel animation, in my opinion, is way better than DC. Marvel also has better superheroes and storylines. I think DC is the one that needs to take some lessons from Marvel.

Frankly, I enjoyed the Dr. Strange DVD more than I enjoy the Brave And the Bold (for example). I enjoyed it more than I've enjoyed a LOT of the Dr. Strange Comics of the past fifteen years. Marvel has always taken more risks than DC. Seriously. And sometimes they haven't worked. I don't know what to think about that they are going to do Thor again. And not animated (no wooden ships in space? Sigh). I can't argue with your opinions of the shows you cite. Mine isn't much higher. But that Dr. Strange is awesome. I strongly suggest you get your hands on it.

Not completely. Ummm X-Men 90s animation by far rivals Justic League in my opinion. I agree right not DC is kicking but as far as animation. umm i liked the new FF series but I never knew it was on b/c of lack of promotion. I think the stories were just dumb and slow that’s why it got cancelled. I agree I didn’t like the look of this Spiderman, but honestly that was the only thing I watched on Sat. mornings. I think the 3d looking one that was on Mtv was cool. What else are they releasing? I know Wolverine and X-Men is out (which i hate the wolverine being added in there. I’m not impressed with the costumes or storylines as of yet)

I’m thinking it’s cheaper to do it this way b/c it takes less time = less money. On X-Men that was the best but drawing all the muscles and maybe shading toook a lot of time. I dn’t knwo. maybe the budget isn’t there either. When 90s x-men was out wasn’t the comic selling a million each issue?

I personally love the animation chosen for some Marvel cartoons.
All the X-men cartoons are wonderfully animated.
The 90′ Spider-man was well done, as so was Spider-man and his amazing friends though now it looks old since it’s from the early 80′s.
I also really liked the animation from Hulk vs. though they made Deadpool too scrawny.

Have you seen the new Batman cartoon?
That’s better than Wolverine and the X-Men?

The 90′s Superman, Batman and Justice league (well Justice league was early 2000′s) were nicely drawn though (considering all three were done by the same artists) I prefer the 90′s X-Men, Spider-man, and Hulk.

I think they all are good. IM a true DIE HARD MARVEL fan. and everything they do is flawless. The Fantastic four on was good. The Spectacular spider man is the best! and The new Iron man one is Great! Im sorry but your off!

I have to disagree. As was already mentioned before, this is your opinion.

I’ll agree that their older cartoons are lacking in certain areas, but no more than other cartoons, ones from DC as well.

The newer cartoons are fine, though a bit to Anime-ish for my tastes…

The Art Institute is a good school in major cities, and the Dallas animation program is one of the country’s oldest.
However the job market is the hottest in California, San Francisco area. In addition to film animation, there is game animation as well, which is a bit easier to get a job doing.
One thing to note: the job market is extremely competitive in this field and high pay gets quickly taken by the high cost of living in northern California.
